The two salesmen on floor were super helpful. They greeted us as soon as we got in, asked us if we needed help and went out of there way to assist. Shows my son the scanning tool and spent time listening to what we were trying to do for the start of year with purchasing a good shoe but not wanting to splurge too much.

If I can give this store no stars, I would. This Snipes location is the worst. This is my first time coming here and will not return.I went there today. I found the sneakers I really liked. I tried the sneakers on and I really liked. When I went to go to checkout and remind you that we had to wait in line. The cashier sold my sneakers to someone else. I was in that store for over 30 minutes. They had a lack of staff and more customers. I walked out of this store and I ordered on line and got my shoes. Please don’t not waste your time going into this store. Go to another location or order on line. This store need to close down.
