Gotta get here early. The consume is amazing! Soup has so much flavor and a lot of meat that comes with it also. The whole menu is good. I would recommend to try everything! I make the drive here all the time!

Didn't get to try too many taquerias/tacos foodtrucks in Los Angeles but this is definitely one of the must-trys imo, at least for quesabirria taco. Overall, everything is delicious! The quesabirria is amazing because the tortilla is super crunchy, and the cheese is melted, and the meat is well-seasoned 🤤 If I remember correctly, lengua might be a little too dry. One down side is that the foodtruck is not too close to LA downtown area so if you don't have a car, commuting might be a little hard.

Always and still the best tacos I’ve had in LA. LA UNICA is always a must stop. The Birria, the consome, everything! Place is 🔥 🔥 🔥 Can’t wait to go back.
