We bought two twin beds here and the box bases and two mattresses. We were assured that everything was in stock. After a few weeks, I phoned to ask if the items could be delivered and a date was agreed. A few days before delivery, we received a phone call to say that the mattresses were not available. The disappointment and the inconvenience caused were huge. This is not an efficient way to run a store and very bad for custom morale. It is essential business practice to have accurate stock information. Customers rely on the assurances they are given. V Furniture needs to look into the system they are using and tighten it up.
