It was a great experience finding a couch for my grandma, our sales associate Gabriela was very helpful and really nice, she was very attentive with my grandma's wants an was very patient. She helped my grandma find a couch that she liked, would definitely go back, store had great selections, keep up the great customer service Gabriela.

I had a great day shopping at ashley furniture.jenna my sales person was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, patient and very nice. Sierra in the finance dept. was also great a very nice personality and she took care of the financial end of the sale with a smile.both girls made things easy.

Ashley is a competitive sales commission driven environment and so firstly be ready to negotiate for good deals. Unfortunately the furniture delivered to us came far from meeting expectations. We purchased the best of what Ashley offer, and yet still found many quality control issues including squeaky frames, poorly fitted fabric, height differences between sofa sections, and cushions that don't fit. More unfortunately, despite meeting all of Ashley's policies for a refund, a refund has been refused and without reason. The store managers Toby and Rog appear to have tried for our refund and sympathised that the furniture looks terrible, and yet have not been able to convince the store owners (it is a franchise) to follow through. Shameful experience.

Normal wear a mask
No and they charge you a lot to deliver and then if their wear house does not have it but they do they have an employee deliver it with an extra charge under the table for him of $200 in cash so he doesn't have to claim it. I put in complaint to corporate and they never returned my calls or emails and I call the BBB about it and they said it wasn't the first time. They are a rip off. I spent over $9, 000. there and had nothing but disrespectful people.
