Do not do business with this company. They are absolutely scamming people. If you order online there is no one who will help you, and even when you order in the store this place is so disorganized that you will never get any information. I have called 3 times to ask where my order is, as it is over a month late. Twice someone told me the manager would call me back in 15 min. and never has. The last time they gave me the number to the online orders department. Why didn't they give that to me in the first place??? It doesn't matter because no one answered when I called multiple times. No one answers my emails either. On top of this, their policies are so rigid there is no way I can get my money back. Their prices are sky high. It is just not worth it, stay away!

Absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!!!! I ordered my sectional on June 21, 2021. I was given a date of Tuesday August 31. I was told by the young lady to call on Monday to check to see if it came in. I tried calling several times, no answer. I decided to go after work since I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I was told by a tall guy , who looked at my receipt and said "yes it's here and he saw it today, it can be picked up between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. My fiance and I left work early to pick up my furniture, only to be told that it was a error, my sofa was not there and that it will take another 2 weeks.and that the guy made a mistake. When I tell you this is the worse place ever.. NEVER EVER again will I purchase anything else from this unprofessional place. If you read these reviews BELIEVE THEM.. they are all true.

I've been dealing with them for many years but this by far is the worst experience I've ever had with any company! First i was told that my order would be delivered on Nov 20th and would get a call on the 19th. Never happened and i had to call them. They say oh your order is on back order. Really? I then talked to Ted on Nov 25th and said they had the same exact color in a sofa and love seat on the floor if i wanted that instead of waiting for my sectional. I said ok and he said it would be delivered on Saturday, Nov 28th. Well on Friday i get a call and they say the sofa just came in and i wouldn't get delivery until Tuesday, dec 1st. Really? I thought the sofa was already there. Lol then on Monday Nov. 30th i get a call saying the sofa just came in again(lol) but it was a lighter color than what i originally paid for. So now I'm like ok just bring me that, she says they can't deliver until between 4-8 pm. I let her know that i have to be to work at 7 so would have to leave by 645. She said there was nothing she could do and would have to speak to her boss tomorrow. Called numerous times and got no answer. The delivery driver calls me at 558 and says he's still in Philly. That means they wouldn't get here until almost 8. I call and get Tim and he was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Says no matter what day they not getting here until around 8pm. You would think since I've been getting all this misinformation that they would make an exception and get my furniture early. I've been getting the run around and Tim was really smug then when i mentioned i should get consideration since i was told id be getting my furniture last Saturday. His response was, i don't know what Ted told you. This is really how you treat your customers? Then i ask when will i get redelivered? He says oh i don't know we just gotta fit you in. Then i ask for all this confusion how would i go about canceling this order, Tim says there is no refund. No customer loyalty or customer service. Horrible! So when will i get my furniture!
