I spoke with Julio and about my Audi A4 service engine light. He said he’ll take care of it. I trusted this pepboys and I’m glad it was fixed but only for a short amount of time… the light came back on and was told to wait ot come back in on Monday. I have work so this is very inconvenient. I also received my car back damaged. How did I bring my car in with no dents and scratches but received it back with dents and scratches. It seems like they drove it and it hit into a pole and more scratches on top which weren’t there before. I am highly disappointed and stressed. This is unacceptable

Got my brakes done in February 3 months later the pads were completely worn and the rotors needed replacement! Brought the pads and rotors from the dealer and took my car back to have the brakes and rotors replaced. Since then we have taken the car back twice to Pep Boys and once to the dealer because the brakes squeal. Have been told the calipers were not greased at the time of replacement by a friend who is a mechanic!

I've taken my car here a few times now, and the staff has always been helpful, but today I felt compelled to write a review. I dealt with Julio for my services today and he delivered great customer service to me and others while I was in the shop. He was upbeat and kind in every interaction I saw (I was here for 4 hours today, so I saw quite a few haha). He even took the time to introduce me to the mechanic working on my car to make sure I understood what needed to be worked on to keep my car in safe, working condition. The mechanic I was introduced to was great as well, I wish I took notice of his name. I appreciated his honesty in recommending services and willingness to take the time to explain what was causing the issues with my car and how he would fix it.

I made my appointment for oil change at 6pm. When I got there they just told me that They close at 6 pm. Non of the stuff was really polite. They just told me: no appointments, we are close. I called to the office and they just told me, we are close at 6, web site dis make mistake. Like what’s going on? I made my plans and really need service today. The worse customer service ever! Better to find another place, then have business with them!

I read this late, I arrived and you right is a garbage all Pep Boys.
The same is happening to me, I took my car through a small issue with the cracks and it turns out that they made me change the discs and master cylinder and the car came out worse than before. Already the car passed through the hands of almost all the mechanics who work there, I have spoken with the mere boss of them and nothing. I'm just spending more time and a lot of money, I think none of those who work there are of any use! Now I just need to take them to court!

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
They don't know what's covid safety
They are not free! But a reasonable price
