DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION- THEY WILL WORK TO RIP YOU OFF UNLESS YOU KNOW MORE ABOUT CAR RENTALS THAN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. Terribly disappointed in the customer service as well as the ability of this branch to act as experts in car rentals. After exhausting my rental coverage under my insurance plan, and then going back to the branch to rent another car while in the shop, I was given the "retail rate," when unbeknownst to me, they could have given me the rate that they use for "replacement rentals" had someone inquired further when I said my car was in the shop. My last rental extended from one week to three weeks, multiple times I called back asking for a smaller car and telling them my car was still in the shop. When I discovered the difference at the body shop and went back to Hertz asking for what they could do to help me, I was met with a terse response from the sales rep saying nothing could be done, was not able to speak with manager who was out of the office, and had to push to get the name and email of the regional manager.

I've rented cars from these guys a few times now. They are always very efficient, organized, and friendly. The cars have been mostly been in good condition. Recommended!!
