Always helpful staff. Love the young man who is helpful and knowledgeable . It is wonderful to be able to start a book club with their support and suggestions. Lovely to be able to phone and get questions answered by a real person! Great environment and lots of suggestions for other lively things to do, with meeting rooms and "How to plan a game night" with games that can be checked out for adults! However, I am very sad that Jessie Hill School, which is one of the older original buildings in Redmond is going to be torn down. What will be done with all that beautiful brick?

Employees have always been very helpful and courteous. Great selection and if they don't have it, they get it from another library quickly. Facility is clean, books are arranged well and it's easy to find what you are looking for. My kiddos love the youth section and the selection of books and movies.

Great thing about Redmond library is you can browse on line, select books you'd like to check out, receive email when books are ready then go pick them up or you can browse in person for 30 or 60 minutes. I can't remember the exact time limit but I've never stayed more than 20 minutes. Also if you don't have access to a computer, you can use a computer for 30 minutes per day. Everyone there are very friendly, helpful and polite. During the pandemic, they are being very lenient with late fees and not charging for using their printer. If you haven't visited the library, you should. They even have movies you can check out. Sorry didn't mean to write a book ;-)

Probably not in the budget. They aren't open on holidays either.
