Had an online pick up food order. Picked it up and found that my meat product package was open and leaking. Called the online order department to get a refund, but I was hung up on. I called back 10 times and each time they hung up on me. I had to drive back 30 minutes to talk to customer service. When I asked to speak to someone in the orders department, the customer service rep called over the front end manager. The customer service rep told this manager that I "just wanted to complain". Wanting to let someone know that selling people open meat could kill someone is not complaining. They couldn't even apologize to me for what happened....instead I'm just a " disgruntled customer" who should have accepted my package of bacteria. Corporate was called...

First and last time I go to this Walmart. Came in planning to spend a couple hundred on fishing supplies and a new rod/reel I needed. Left spending zero.

In fact, I can say that the environment is one of the best among Walmarts. However, external delivery is a bit of a problem. Usually deliveries come very late. I attribute this to the problem of finding enough employees that developed with the pandemic. But they do not produce in a solution. I took a point off for this

It's a Walmart. Has everything you need, food, tape, TVs, and weird people scattered throughout. Fast checkout, and fun people to avoid. All-in-all A+, definitely recommend. Sunday nights are the greatest experience!
