Maintenance came to fix ac ,mind you there’s no need to go up stairs where the bed rooms are, but on my camera you see the one guy that drives the blue pick up coming down my stairs. He had then went and deleted camera footage off my tablet.. 🤬🤬Then when I move out they want to charge me $ 900 for carpet that wasn’t even damaged. Anything to keep your security deposit.

Management used to keep the grounds clean, now on any given day it's a ton of litter all over, someone from ground keeping need to come by at least once a day to pick up the trash that blows all over. What's up with getting the units power-washed, if you lean up against the wall @ your back door, you will ruin your clothes. When Jesse, was there these things weren't an issue. Tighten-up

If you don't care about your credit, by all means this is the place for you. Mismanagement caused an very damaging report on background that is never coming off. Asked for help resolving the matter they had no heart and this is why I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

New management. Dont be A few days late in rent. Or You get court date. Lived there almost 2 yrs. Our elavator broke few times. Entrance door broke many many times. Forget going in the building. I could not open the door to go out from the building. No joke. I tried 5 6 mins to open. Couldnt manage bc door handle was broken. Had to walk to stairs case and take the back exit and walk around building. I lived in corner 2 bedroom. My 2nd bedroom shutter flew off. I asked maintance to have it put back up. Take a good laugh... Answer i got was our insurance policy doesnt cover liability to climb 20 ft on ladder. So.... I was suppose to hire someone to come and have then put it back up. . . 14 months later. Still no shutter there. Many other BS. Maintance guy is nice.. Ohhhhh BTW 1 dumpter compactor in whole complex. Enjoy them long trash walks...
