Extremely slow service. Preorder and you still wait close to an hour whether your in the drive through or go inside. Prob wont be back anytime soon. Too many other local dispensaries with better deals and next to no wait time.

I was leaving today planning to never go back but luckily I ran into Joe (I’m pretty sure but I’m terrible with names) he had me go back in and got everything straightened out. Every time I’ve dealt with him his customer service is fantastic! Also imma give a shout-out to Nicole because she serves me more than anybody and she’s awesome. Even on the days where there’s a waiting room full of people and she’s the only person working the back she gets people in and out efficiently without making anybody feel rushed at all and that’s a big deal. Also she’s extremely informative if you have questions but isn’t pushy with things at all (and that’s greatly appreciated). I’ve been a long time customer and always recommend!

Been sitting in line almost an hour, they take 5-10 minutes per customer in the drive through. I was a dedicated customer, but this drive through has become unusable. Being that this was the only benefit this store holds over Green Goods down the street, this will no longer be my go to. Disappointed to see the most convenient pick up become slower than just walking in somewhere else.

You should apply At starbuds and health for life md their Baltimore and whitemarsh locations are only about 7 miles apart. So, if you cant get in at H4L Baltimore H4L whitemarsh may be another option from them. Star buds is about 4 mjles from h4l baltimore and i know they are hiring
