An extremely welcoming library, it definitely made me feel that way when I was homeless for 6 weeks at the end of 2019 I appreciated the fireplace and laptops during the cold weather. Thank you Millbrea library!

The employees at the Millbrae branch are always pleasant & helpful. We usually order DVDs on line & pick up when items are available. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is trying to reserve DVDs on line the past week has not been possible, an error message comes up. IT needs to look into the problem.

This is the loudest library I have ever been to. If you come in the morning or early afternoon it's usually okay, but once school lets out, this place basically becomes a daycare. Screaming children run around unchecked, middle/high school kids play games on the computers and yell at each other, babies are crying, etc. It is not a good place to get any work done or have quiet.
