Although it took longer than I was told to complete the work on my SUV and I was overcharged on the quote I was given at checkout, DeAndre made sure that they reimbursed me the overcharged amount on my credit card later in the evening. He was super helpful and the staff is very accommodating. The best part of Nissan of EC is the waiting area with a cappuccino/coffee machine , comfortable chairs, ice cold water, and snacks. I will continue to recommend this Nissan to my friends and family in the area.

I have been using Nissan Ellicott city for about 2-3yrs and my experience has always been great! Last time I went, I had the worst experience; My adviser recommended critical elements that needed to be replaced which was control arms; they were replaced but my car started producing this funny sound on turning after control arms were replaced. I took it back for to figure out what the problem was and something else was discovered that was not recommended before; my car was kept for about 4 days and the problem was not fixed yet they were asking for more money. When I complained about the same sound; one technician by the name Ivan figured out what was causing the sound in just less than 30minutes. I just wonder what the other technicians were doing to my car for 4 days without even figuring the problem and replacing God knows what and asking for money. I will continue using this place because of people like Ivan and I hope they give my car to Ivan and only Ivan next time I go to this place again!!

WOSTE SERVICE EVER! I’m coming to selling my car, before the”manager” testing my car, everything doing alright before testing (I drove from Baltimore to here). When after manager doing testing, my car can not be MOVED! And they want to pay$100 to buy my car! Really un respectful!!! If you say: sorry! Because of issue we can’t take your car? That’s totally fine! But, the “manager” say: yes! We’re taking your car but only $100 ( one hundred dollar) If you are not respect your customers, WELL! your career will be done soon, the”manager”. Update: After I got $100offer from this dealership, I sold my car with $4000 cash at carmax! The cross the street. Good luck manager! Reply: Good morning owner; You don’t need to be sorry about an able to an agreement with the purchase, in this whole situation, it’s not because of MONEY, that’s about RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, if you take carefully about your business, please think about your employee training manual, customer service training, and employee evaluation, not everyone can be a dealer in your dealership, pls think about this way! And why CarMax can be the best and equal dealership in your Elliott City area, and have a good day! Suggestion for the employee training: pls get someone who has higher degree, maybe you need to paying higher rates, but they can get more value to the team, in your area have many dealership, how you can get customers compare with other dealership, how you can get more revenue from this “ red ocean” to your “ blue ocean” . And how you can be a “ blue ocean”

Wow! I drove 2 hours to see a car that spoke to me. I had a great test drive, explored other options but ultimately settled on what I came to see. Lilian was my sales professional and I cannot say enough good things about her (& Donnie & the whole team here) Off the bat, I felt very taken care of and respected. Lilian is warm, not pushy, a hard worker and charismatic salesperson. More like her!!! Thank you to everyone at this dealership for making this a smooth transition so I can tow my home! Remember, good things take time!

Steve, We are sorry you are having trouble getting the title to your car. If you were financing the car, the title would come from the lender. If you purchased the car at auction, the auction is responsible for delivering the title to the new owner.
