The place is dirty and grimy. The front desk clerk was not hospitable and was disinterested in guests. The breakfast offerings and coffee were terrible. There are no restaurants nearby. The only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Everything was good. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and coffee and a lovely young lady checked us in. We were traveling with our dog and had a room right next to the exit door outside. My only complaint was the noise everytime someone entered or exited. Around 4:30 am we woke up due to the noise with folks leaving. Even when you try and close it softly it's still loud. My only complaint.

This hotel is just awful...Let me start from the beginning. Walked into the room, only to find a USED washcloth underneath the door. Then, happened to notice that while inspecting the bathroom that the tub was dirty, the toilet still had #2 left in it, and the mirror looked like someone spit toothpaste all over it....Moving on to the bed. The sheets were stained, they were the wrong sheets for the bed, there was a stain on the nightstand, and last but not least....There was a used vibrator shoved underneath the bed....Yes, a pleasure toy that vibrates underneath the bed. 0/10 would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Josh & the woman who worked on Friday night & Saturday morning (11/12/21) were very helpful & nice. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. The water was hot for showers. The continental breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of breakfast foods. However, the room was not cleaned & we were not given clean towels & wash cloths for our second night. (The housekeepers did not come to work on Saturday, so those working the desk had to clean the rooms & cover the front desk.) The door was broken on the bedside table, the edge piece to protect the corner in the bathroom was not intact & was leaning up against the wall, the battery needed changing in the TV remote, the light switch did not work entering the room & the rug was very badly stained. The price was not terrible, but for what we got, it was disappointing. The Best Western Plus was not the best! We will not stay at another Best Western hotel.
