Worst experience I have ever had, they signed me up for overcharge fees when I explicitly declined. Led to them removing all the money from my account whilst charging an ungodly amount of fees. Don't open an account unless you're willing to put the fate of your finances/credit score in the hands of sheer incompetence

This Credit Union completely screwed me over. After submitting an application with Alma they approved me for a 35k loan that was good for 60 months so I bought I went and purchased a truck. After everything was said and done they called us and told us that we were not approved even though my credit score is 750 and have a 10k income. They said because I have been with my job for only 3 months they can no longer approve me. Okay so why tell me I'm approved and then call me and say that I'm not. I am very upset and will never got to Americas First Credit Union again in my life. Completely unprofessional.

Hi RandynSusan! We do offer notary services at our Orange Branch. We are happy to assist you and appreciate you reaching out.

Does this credit union EVER answer their phones? No local branch numbers, just 800 numbers. Literally 2 hour wait time.
