I originally gave one star to Plumbing Overstock because of their lack of communication. I kept asking if they had sent me a new faucet without a reply. I sent back the wrong faucet they originally sent (a cold water only, when I had ordered an instant hot water faucet) and was told a new one would be sent and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. After 7 days and after not receiving an email saying it had been shipped, I emailed them twice and still received no response. It finally showed up today. I was just about to get my money back from PayPal. I suggest better communication with your customers. I hate being left hanging and not knowing if I’ve been taken or not.

I would not recommend shopping here especially if you are in need of the parts right away! We ordered parts for a clients project and paid close to $250 for 2 drains to be shipped 2 day expedite. After placing the order it took 2 days for processing and than it was shipped GROUND. Finally after 3 days we received notice that it was out for delivery to our clients and by end of day we were notified of the delivery. BUT it was delivered close to 800 miles away without clear address and not even close to where we asked to be shipped to. Come to find out the following day that the order was shipped to PLUMBINGOVERSTOCKS warehouse and would be shipped from there to our client... via GROUND Overall this order took over 10 days to be processed and shipped and still delivery has not been made as of today.. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF YOUR PARTS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We bought a Brasstech faucet that took over 10 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, we found the finish to be nothing like the representation online. We returned the faucet to Brasstech who was great and agreed to give us a full refund without a restocking fee. They refunded our money to Plumbing Overstock but we have been chasing Plumbing Overstock for 2 months to try and get our refund. They keep telling us we will see it soon but it never comes. They have basically stolen our money and continue to give us the runaround.
