Bought a washer, started making gear slipping noises within 5 months. Called and they said they would send a service tech out, in a timely fashion they came out and gave me a couple options, I wash going to exchange the washer for a new one, but before we could do that another service tech came out and said they told him the wrong brand so he had the wrong parts to fix it it would order them and get back to me. Parts come in a different service tech shows up and proceeds to tell me he has to take the washer with him to fix it. Me no washer for a week now!!! Went to store and they offered nothing, what am I supposed to do it could be Nov 8th at the earliest I could get it back. NEVER Buy from Beiter's!!!

Beiter's in Mansfield has always been a great places to get furniture and appliances, the people are friendly and helpful and I always enjoy shopping there, it makes coming back again and again something I look forward to.

Worst service ever! Beiter’s Mansfield Salesperson Cory Powell and female assistant at front counter on December 12, 2020 at 10:30 am entered incorrect personal information into sales order. Wrong name, wrong address, wrong phone numbers, wrong payment type, wrong pickup dates. Never called to inform store was closed due to Covid-19 exposure, nor did they alert customers of potential exposure. Spent well over 1 hour on phone attempting to determine what happened to my order, was it delivered to store for pickup and when can item be picked up. Promised follow up phone call to determine if item was delivered to Mansfield store. Did get follow up call from Williamsport store. While shopping at store Cory was asked the weight of item purchased. Never attempted to look up weight, he said he didn’t know. As it turns out the actual weight is listed on sales invoice. Lazy salesperson and assistant too lazy to enter correct information into customer data base or research basic specifications of stores products. Will not return for future purchases. Gave one star rating only because there is not an option for zero stars.
