You must pay a lot for junk channels. 200 channels and only maybe ten are worth watching. If you want fast internet it is not bad when it's working unfortunately it goes out alot very aggrevating

Do not use blue ridge they don't care about education or the coronavirus my family missed a couple payments I told them I could pay them next week and they didn't care my kids are doing online classes do to covid and now cannot because I was out of work due to coronavirus and promise to pay next week in full and it wasn't good enough do not use there service use any of the 500 plus companies that agreed with fcc to help keep us connected

I ended up having to split rent with a couple of housemates including some rich exchange students who one time bought a new Alienware laptop and downloaded all the call of duty games and then left for spring break. leaving my poor college student posterior and one depressed communication stranded Hungarian for an entire month with a notification from this company that our internet was going to be shut off and there was nothing we could do to restore service. Their reasoning was that we were going to be unable to switch to any other service and they weren't shy about telling us that no one else could reach us where our house was located, except they were wrong and we changed service the next month. What are wacky adventure.
