I've been taking my animals here for years to be butchered and I love this place. I know many of the workers and they're all very clean and meticulous. They will find you a pig or beef to buy so they can butcher it for you. Cuts and packaging are always done exactly how I order them. They're open to trying new recipes or different cuts if that is what you want. I can get a beef fully butchered and in my freezer for less than 3 dollars a pound. The only butcher from fall to spring to avoid any heat related meat spoiling and they fill up fast so order ahead of time. If you want to know where your food comes from and that it's fresh this is the place to come to.
