After spending two hours there and explaining we were switching to them due to bad customer service from our previous carrier, we were rushed out the door tonight because they were closing early for a snow storm. …Hi Kathryn, we're sorry you didn't have a great experience with our team. We know how important it is to have your phone all ready to go before you leave our store. We hate that we let you down and understand we have to make improvements. I’m absolutely frustrated. After spending two hours there and explaining we were switching to them due to bad customer service from our previous carrier, we were rushed out the door tonight because they were closing early for a snow storm. The reps never ensured our phones were working properly. Come to find out, they didn’t explain the pin needed is a new thing and not our normal passcode. Our old carrier is unable to verify us without texting our phones (which don’t have service due to Verizon’s mistake) so we are left without phones until we can get to the store tomorrow to fix this. I’m all for safety of people getting home in the weather but now I am without a phone with two young children. I will not be a nice customer when I call in the morning, let me tell you that. **Update** After visiting the store to get things fixed, I was prepared to update my rating to 4 stars as our phones seemed fixed however my husband continues to have issues getting text messages. Additionally, I had texted the sales rep we spoke with on Thursday about what happened and the response I got 48 hours later put the blame on me when I am not the expert. I’m not happy with switching and really wish we hadn’t now.

My mother visited this store and was supposed to meet the manager from a different store... She was at the wrong location and when she asked if there was another store in Monroe...and if the store personnel could call the other store to see …Hi Sarah, we're disappointed to hear about this. We want to make sure that you can always count on our team to help you out every time you visit. We are always improving and hope you'll give us a chance to provide an excellent experience next time.
