Pharmacy staffs are usually great- the front end cashiers however really needs some additional training, they just don’t want to work or help at all - Unprofessional and rude. use self kiosks - they’re much more friendlier.

Store Manager is extremely rude! I stepped into the check out line and was immediately told that I can go to self checkout. I wasn’t even given the option to wait for her, she simply did not want me in her line. Other customers next to me at self check out needed assistance and she seemed irritated that she had to come and help. She had an attitude every time someone had a question , including myself! Not friendly at all. Very unprofessional , especially as the store manager. She needs to set an example for her team members!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR COVID TESTING THEY DO NOT HAVE IT! We scheduled an appointment for testing online and arrived and it is not offered at this site! The store had no idea what was going on. This may not be this sites fault, however when I called the CVS hotline to let them know what happened and to have them fix it online so it wouldn’t happen to other folks and the agent was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Happy to remove this review if someone fixes the issues however don’t want this to happen to someone else as this is how COVID spreads.

I get all my scripts at CVS. Mine is horrible and cannot even order my script so I called here to get it filled. This CVS keeps hanging up so I can’t even tell them about the script or get it filled. Because of this, I have been without my medication for over a week. What is wrong with this pharmacy chain. I am going to have to switch as long as my insurance company will let me. A pharmacy you can’t get in touch with for a week because they hang up is useless. So is one that can’t even order the medication for my script. Welcome to American Health Care now. You will take what you are given and like it.
