My initial experience was bad with Momentum. The PM was lying to me then deliberately screening my calls to avoid talking to me. Very unprofessional! The install team was great, timely and efficient. Lastly after installation was complete, the service has not been good at all. I was promised that there would be "active" monitoring upon purchase. I've had a panel in a fault state for almost 1 month. No call from Momentum. So much for the "selling point" that made me purchase with them. No one should pay this much for solar panels and receive subpar service! DO BETTER!!!!
