[Disappointed] !!!!!!!!!! I would give this company a ZERO if I could. I guess the company doesn't want my money or maybe I fell into the cracks or maybe they are understaffed. But I've been trying to sign in to start investing since May 11, 2022 and then again May 16. After two emails and two phone calls-Nothing!!!! I spoke with Kailey and Chelsey- very courteous but no results. Received email from Walter (Walt) advising that internal verification is needed to continue to the next process...Rollover. A week later nothing. In their website is stated that three workdays and you be up and ready to process a Rollover. How long do I have to wait...I am annoyed and I am moving on to another company. iTrust Capital is way ahead of their competitors, in terms of offering a very solid crypto IRA offering, at reasonable fees. While they do seem to be experiencing some growing pains, given the obvious growth in the number of the new clients, which delayed the process for me at times, I did receive stellar personal service whenever I needed it. Nicholas Pielli has been phenomenal in his responsiveness, his knowledge and familiarity with the required processes, and in his ability to get things done accurately and efficiently. Nick has helped me with initial setup of my Roth IRA and SEP IRA accounts, the correct categorization of those accounts, the direct funding of those accounts, and the transfer of funds into those accounts from my Fidelity account. Along the way, Nick has been available virtually immediately, has always had the right solution, and has effectively expedited the process. iTrustCapital is very fortunate to have Nick Pielli on their team. Overall, I highly recommend iTrustCapital for anyone who is looking to invest their IRA funds in cryptocurrency.

I was having great difficulty straightening out my account after making a mistake with the initial process. Several of the iTrustCapital team members returned my emails and were helpful but it wasn’t until Mathew Ofalla took the bull by the horns and got things back on track! Mathew has been great to work with along with others who have helped and I should be able to be funding my account in the next few days!
