I just had an awful meal at the Red Robin in Newark. I ordered a pineapple upside down milkshake, And they were out of pineapple but didn't tell me and brought the Shake without it. They also ask me what temperature I'd like my $16 Burger, And instead of medium I got it well done. Why ask people what temperature they like their Burgers if you're just Going to sandbag the burgers, In an effort to make him faster. My Burger was ready in 5 minutes. And it was well done. How is that possible if you're not cooking them beforehand

The food wasn't bad. The bartender was good, especially considering they were short staffed. But as you can see by the picture, the plates were absolutely disgusting. Two out of the six were dirty on top, but all were dirty on the bottom...and they were stacked on top of each other as you can see. When cleaning dishware, I would assume you clean the entire dish, not just one side.

Our waitress was great and we loved her. The kitchen had some issues. Our burgers came out before our appetizers and my burger was very burnt. It was charred and states like the grill. I usually love the burgers here. The zucchini fries were delicious as always but my burger was not edible. I did not complain at the restaurant because we were already told the kitchen was understaffed.
