Well I don't see any copper and didn't see no copperhead at the time so I was a bit dissapointed, .... but the fishing was great!😁 so it gets 5 stars.

Went there today for the first time, with the family, with two 2wd Honda Ranchers and my son on his Yamaha Warrior. Muddy in alot of parts as long as you make good decisions you should be able to navigate your way just fine, however the Warrior needed pulled out a couple of times (which is part of the experience) we weren't there too awfully long so I know we didnt ride the majority of what they had to offer. I put 4 miles on my Rancher and didnt ride the majority of what they offered. A little tip from this public ATV rider noob, bring a change of clothes, shoes and boots and a tow strap, you will get muddy.

Its a good place to ride especially since it's free but expect lots of steep hills (which I'm not a fan of since my fourwheeler is top heavy), rocks and a good bit of mud it's a good time only thing I wish was trails need to be cleaned a little and the entrance gates need to be updated and are so washed out it's hard to get in especially in a newer fourwheeler they might have fit good ten years ago but new fourwheelers are getting wider from factory. Mine says 50 inches but I scrubbed.

Pretty sure as long as the reservoir is over 20 it is a no go. Let me get you the Facebook page. Last week they hit 33, but we're making progress. If you do go down, go with buddies, some trimmers, and take that first pass easy. Lots of debris gets dumped I'm places you don't expect it.
No saddle seat, handle bar steering, and 50" wheelbase. That's basically limited to 4 wheelers and dirt bikes.
There are on both sides of the riding area, but neither are great when the water level is low, especially now. The other side of the lake has better options.
The closest campground I'm aware of is at Sparrowfoot. North of Cooper Creek, about a 5 -10 minute drive.
