Customer service is top-notch. If you don't have a box, they will box your items for you. The only downside is the speed of delivery due to the pandemic.

Great, friendly staff!! The process to send packages is VERY slow!! We had 4 boxes going to the same address, however, apparently their computer system has no "copy" or "repeat" function as the agent had to manually enter each one in their system by hand!

Go to store to get a shipping box. Stand outside for a half to be told they are out of all boxes. I asked if they could place sign on door so people won’t waste their time waiting, but it fell upon deaf ears. Then watched a lady walk out with two boxes.

Worst customer service. My mom’s pick up was 1-5 pm. Did not pick up until 5:30 pm. We called the office several times and each time customer service gave us the run around and had no answers. 6 different CSR reps couldn’t give us a status of where the driver was. Rude service, and not helpful! Worst customer service experience ever!! Additionally, after we asked to follow up with they’re driver and to call us, they never returned the phone call. When we called back...the line remained busy. We called another local office and the same thing happened. Called the main office in the Philippines and CSR hung up on us twice! The worst!!
