I went to LA Furniture on Van Nuys Blvd. met a Wonderful seller named Julio.. I boughta sofa and love seat combo for a ridiculously low price.. This is good quality furniture and I am grateful for Julio and the store being there when I needed a helping hand..Thank You

I went to this store on a Sunday (today) around 3 PM, after agreeing at $972 for bunks beds and a mattress sales guy handed me a contract with a different price. I brought this to their attention and wanted the correct price he gave me AT first, the manager came to insult me by telling me " this is the price if you like buy it if you dont leave!" I was like wow!! These people are not happy to be there. Customer service is not what it should be at this location. As he was walking away the manager Julio stated to my wife " did you see how I put him in his place" what a joke of a manager.

My experience was excellent at the Northridge store. The manager (Julio) was very personable.....great customer service skills. He shared with me...that he has been in the business for nearly 20 yrs. It really shows because Julio's knowledge was top notch. I will definitely shop and recommend this location again. Thank you Julio....M. Jenkins
