UPDATE: After posting this review, the hospitality reached out and apologized for not seeing my original request to cancel/refund the booking. I have received my refund and appreciate them reaching out to correct the situation. Based on their response, I will be visiting the establishment the next time I am going through town. Be very weary of booking online through a third party. While booking, the dates changed on my reservation. I changed it several times to back to the date that I wanted. After reserving the room and paying (as I chose the pay now option), I saw that the reservation was not for the date I inputted! I immediately cancelled this reservation and asked for a refund. I have reached out to this property three times to ask they return my money and they have ignored all of my correspondences.

I loved staying here on our trip. Silver at the front desk was so nice and dressed so lovely. The room was super clean and smelled great! It was super relaxing after being on the road for half a day.

Overall, a nice hotel. It was clean, everything worked, breakfast was decent, staff was nice. The only comment, not a complaint, is that it's not one of the newer or updated Hampton Inns, but that's very minor. It served our purpose very well.

Wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. I drive overnights, so my day is ending around 7am most days. With check in times at most hotels not being until 3 sometimes, this can be inconvenient. We requested an early check in if possible. When I arrived, Dylan at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. He was eager to get me checked in as early as possible, and was a joy to chat with as he did the paperwork. This location is blessed to have an employee as joyful and courteous as him!

Questions & Answers

Why do they advertise a rate online for $30 less when they won't honor it online or on site? This is total bait and switch. Someone needs to show this to the attorney general.

Oh my goodness! You must have stayed in a different Hampton inn than i did in October. Everything was wonderful. We were treated like VIP's. Everything so clean and towel animals in the bathroom and a wonderful sweet note from the maid with chocolates. In the morning the food was great and we got a snack for the road. The bill was just what we were told. I always stay at Hampton inn. Never had any problems. I am so sorry you were not treated well.
