Park Del Amo is a great place to live. It offers a quiet community, with well manicured grounds. Both the Property Management staff and Maintenance staff are attentive and efficient in addressing any resident concerns. The units are clean, spacious and offer a wide range modern amenities. I was a previous tenant from about 10 years ago, and I knew this was the place to return to for my next apartment home.

We've been living here at Park Del Amo for 5 yrs. It's hard to find a place that accepts pet. We have to pay pet rent but at least we get to bring our furry friend. Rents are about the same anywhere else. We love our patio and lots of grassy area to walk your pet. The staff is friendly. With the new manager lately they've been having events like Valentine donuts which is cool. I was living for work and they stopped me and gave me a bag with a heart shape donut. I missed the Luau. I just hope they dont raise my rent that much as I would hate to leave. We're comfortable & love it here.
