Horrible contractors! Never use Lowe’s in Hollister. The contractor who had to fix our windows was from Lowe’s Springfield. He fixes all the work the contractors from the Hollister store mess up. Our deck contractor finished our deck then told us if we needed more work anywhere he’d push out his Lowe’s jobs to do our floors. Now I know why it took forever to get him here in the first place…

This place is a cluttered nightmare, especially on the weekends and some of the employees or managers are lacking in basic common sense. 1. Often it is impossible to find a flat metal cart because the employees fill them full of their store stock and then leave them in the aisles. 2. The metal carts filled with stock are left on the aisles blocking materials that you need and the only way to get to what you need is to move the carts yourself. 3. It is understandable that the employees would block off and EMPTY aisle while using their lift but there has been more than one occasion that the aisle I was shopping on got blocked on both ends and I was unable to leave the aisle to pay for my stuff.. While I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot and Menards, I am finding myself shopping at those places more and more just to avoid the headache at this Lowe's location.

Lowes installation is a nightmare. I do some remodeling but decided to leave one exterior door up to Lowes. What a mistake! Months to get in and scheduled, months to get installed. Once installed incorrectly now is taking months to fix. That's right, coming up on a year for one door! Use this Lowes installation at your own risk!

I am at Lowes, no one is assisting me or asking to help me as I am standing around waiting. Maybe it's because they think all the junk around this counter is something I am going to buy. LOL! Way to messy. Taking up all the customer space. I asked two associates to please find someone who could help me in this department. A young man came over. He ended up calling an Assistant Manager. She respounded quickly to the call for assistance. I explained my product perdicament. Neither one ever apologized for the defective merchandise I was sold. In fact, they immediately stated they can't do anything because the liability is on the manufacturer. She pulled up a phone number and gave it to me. I asked a question and again created more distance between Lowe's & the manufacturer stating she couldn't answer anything or even speculate any kind of process. I felt like here we provided you with a phone number & rest is your problem so get out of here & good luck because this is all we are going to do for you. Such poor customer service! I felt left hanging & they didn't care at all. Why weren't they able to exchange it for me? They should take it up with the company they represent by selling their product and represent their customer. Not has changed.

After 6pm you have a better chance of finding bigfoot. They work their employees to death so they can't keep any.
When I went several customers didn't wear masks, but the staff did. There were barriers at the main checkouts, but the surfaces weren't cleaned. Distancing wasn't a problem because it's never crowded.

Thry have bags of play sand they might be able to deliver but better off calling nurseries snd landscaping places to buy in bulk
