The facility was clean and appears to be well maintained. The room was clean and well maintained. The days we visited was 100°f and the a/c was top notch! The city itself had issues with internet and cable outages, not the facilities problem. The breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, and cereal. Would stay here again.

First set of sheets had stains, appeared to be blood. And yellow stains on the pillow. Second set ended up having bed bugs. Hallway smelled funky, so did the AC.

Horrible, do not stay here. Arrived late in the evening and all we wanted to do was sleep. Hallways smelled like cigarettes (even around non-smoking areas). The beds were full of hairs and holes in the covers (drug use??). AC unit also did not work and was hot and humid. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Do NOT stay here! If I could give a zero star review I would. First off, I went to check in at 2pm because that’s the check in time I was emailed and the front desk told me I couldn’t check in until 3pm. When we finally got checked in, there was no sheets on one of the beds, and then out of nowhere, without knocking some man comes into the hotel room with sheets and blankets, which were DAMP. Then, some women banged on our door, when I asked “who is it, can I help you?”, the woman “Yeah, you can open the door”. I cracked the door, and the woman asked me if I had been banging on her door. To top it off, she smelt STRONGLY of weed. Then, our whole room started smelling like weed. We then decided we were just going to check out, and ask for a refund. The woman at the desk said we couldn’t get a refund because we had been there longer than 30 mins. Again, do NOT stay here!!
