Highly recommended. Management works with low income families. The apartments are safe, kid friendly, clean and well maintained. The maintenance man shows up and does his job thoroughly. I have lived here twice and although the commute is a bit far for me, it is well worth it.

This place must ONLY listen to messages once every 3 months! Finally after weeks of waiting for a call back I got an appointment to fill out application. I read through the handbook and realized I would not be considered eligible for an apartment BC I had a court case that was still ongoing. I explained to the woman that my case would be dismissed the next day and she acted like it was fine I could just come back and fill app. Out different day. Wouldn't you know, they never answered the phone! Not very professional!
