Good location just off the 91. Spacious shopping center parking lot. No drive-through or outdoor seating.

It's early afternoon I came to pick up a mobile order and went straight to the counter label "pick up". An employee name EMAN stood right in front of me without any greetings, glance at me and continue to do his batista work. He seems busy. The other staff were also busy. New staff walk in to clock in for work and with a sarcastic tone I can hear EMAN say "hi welcome to Starbucks" at her. This guy is definitely having a bad day. It's not until about almost 5min later I notice the ready drinks are at the other side of the counter all this time with no sign at all. No one greeted me or directed me. Overall I felt really dumb and unwelcome.
