I seldom write a review but feel it is warranted to share my experience. Our checkout day was on Monday at noon. Because of the storm and heavy rain I called at 10:00 and asked if we could stay until 2:00 pm. I spoke to Lydia and she said that would be fine. At 11:45 Lydia called and said we had to be gone by 12:00 because the next RV had arrived. When I mentioned our agreement to stay until 2:00 she said she didn't remember. Upon exiting I stopped to speak with management but only Lydia, a teenage girl, was in charge of the RV park.

Along the Ohio River By Way. Helpful, friendly, clean, quiet - beautiful!! Some Tiny Houses on site, as well. Very clean shower houses. Back-in, or pull-through.

Very nice park. Concrete pads and concrete under the picnic table. Sites are roomy. Lots of stuff for kids.We were here without a tow vehicle. So we pretty much had to stay in the park. Couldn’t find an Uber to go to the grocery store and the shuttle to the casino was not working because of employee shortage. But that was our fault that the parks. It’s right across the road from the river. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week while visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Lovely, well organized RV Resort. Great office staff and all you can ask for if stying on the concrete pads. We were backed up to a fishing pond (catch and release). They had a pool, but it appeared very crowded on the weekend. We loved our stay at this resort.
