I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I had never had a “real” massage before I came here a few months ago. A friend recommended them because they offer really reasonable rates with students, graduate students, and professionals. They make taking my health seriously affordable. I started going to “treat my self” but soon realized that addressing the tension issues in my back was not a treat. It’s necessary care and it has seriously improved my quality of life. I recently woke up and couldn’t move my neck and had tightness all down my left side. This is a typical intermittent thing for me, and I worked with one of the graduate students to get to a place where I could wake up without pain. Seriously. It is worth it, you are worth it, you deserve it. The staff is all so welcoming and lovely and willing to answer any questions you might have. The only gift I give is certificates for massage now 😂

Eddie is pleasant, easy to talk to and very very good at what he does. I found the facility clean and soothing- same for the staff and everyone I have had contact with at LHAA. Eddie plays very tranquil music and I float away after our sessions.... Cannot wait for the next visit.

I recently had one of the best massages EVER here by a student named Kristin! It was phenomenal! I highly recommend her! She listens to what I wanted to focus on and her hands searched through to find release points so I could finally relax. I’m 24 weeks pregnant so I had lots of sore spots. I’m going back for sure! Book her! You won’t be disappointed!
