The service was excellent! But, I was expecting more from the restaurant, the dinner was something that looked microwaved , the breakfast consisted of danish rolls and hard boiled eggs from a bag. I expected more from a nice restaurant on the water. The view was amazing, the food, not so much! Really, it was too expensive for something microwaved, I had the smothered chicken and it just looked (and tasted) like some sautéed veggies with steamed cheese. Not the runny kind , but like bag cheese heated. Also, got the appetizer of sausage and cheese. It was like an adult lunchable with heated bbq sauce. Was not happy with the dinner or complimentary breakfast. As for the stay, it was great! Beautiful balconies! Beautiful sceneries! The food was not up to par for the hotel

Glad to know that it's reopened and after the update it is a nice interior. The food good and has something for everyone but it is pretty generic though. Not bad and would certainly recommend it if you're staying at the lodge. But also get out and check out some of the local places to have a well-rounded experience of the dining in the area.

Super nice place, friendly staff, good service. Plenty of food for the buffet lunch. During our visit, we tried both buffet lunch and ordered from the menu - veggie wrap, pasta primavera and grilled cheese for the kids. On the buffet were plenty of items - fried cat fish, ribeye, bacon, mashed potatoes and so on .. including salad bar and pasta bar, along with few deserts. Overall, a clean and nice place with some great view overlooking the river. We had some issue with he fruit bowl - they were all rotten and can't think why would they even bring them out.

The area was nice around the hotel. The food was ok. View was wonderful.
