My wife and I stopped in about 9:30 in the morning. We thought it would be a good time between breakfast and lunch. First thing we noticed when we stepped in was there was no cashier. We picked out a table and waited and waited. Occasionally a girl would come out of the kitchen with an order, take it to a table and go back to the kitchen. One woman, who must have been a regular there, bussed her own table and took the dishes back to the kitchen. It occurred to us that there must be only one girl taking orders, bussing tables, and running the cash register. By the amount of time she spent in the kitchen, she must have been the only one working in there as well. They were definitely understaffed. Finally my wife and I got up and walked out. I doubt she even knew we were there.

Stopping in and expecting brunch or a later breakfast I was a little disappointed however the chicken and dressing on the buffet made up for that. Reasonably priced and the food was great. Great southern atmosphere for fellowship just makes you feel at home and grandma is in the kitchen making sure everybody is feed. All that's missing is a couch or bed. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back.
