I previously had a not so great experience with this location. I’ve changed my review, for numerous reasons. After reaching out regarding my experience, Jamie, the store owner, reached out to me personally about this issue. Due to my busy schedule, we weren’t able to directly speak over the phone, but Jamie turned my bad experience into a good one by making it right. After seeing most of these reviews, discussing with Jamie, I’ve come to the conclusion that these fellas had a bad day at the time of my service. These are some really good guys up here, that took great care of me!

I took my vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic testing & learned my power steering pump had gone out. I took it to Firestone/Hendersonville and without looking at the vehicle manager Mike Jackson said it was the rack and pinion. He didn't I already had it tested. He got upset with my male friend when he told him no. Mike went to my car, listened while he turned steering wheel & checked power fluid. I had to leave the vehicle there & about an hour later he called & said I needed a pump & it would cost $725 without the reservoir. I took Mine a new pump saying myself $500. My vehicle is making a loud whining sound. Mike said it is air in the line & would take about 100-200 miles for it to go away. I put 300 miles on it before taking it back at which time he said my pump was cheap. The owner was standing behind the wall listening & never came to address my concern & they want look at my vehicle. Mike said they cleaned up an oil leak but I had just taken it for an oil change and I told them he would blame them. little did he know we took pictures under the hood. I took the documents back where I got my oil y & they are going to prove he was lyy. I'm done with them. Watch for a billboard on 65 N.

I have been going to this place for a decade now and always have great service. Trey and Mike are super friendly and definitely trustworthy. The Bridgestone Firestone credit card perks are amazing as well.

Since the store replied I am updating my review to be more specific. Think this was my last trip. First they tried to charge us $784.99 for a less than $200 AC compressor. Even the Nissan name brand compressor didn't cost as much as they quoted. We spoke with 2 other mechanics who said that price was crazy as well. Unfortunately, the other mechanic was going to charge the same quoted labor of $110 and we would have to drive much farther (without AC mind you) to have him do it. So decided to have firestone install the part we bought since they're local and the cost of labor went up from $110 to $198.99. I attached all the screenshots of the quote that shows the original prices, the paid fee for diagnosis, which we mentioned before bringing the car we couldn't pay $90 and you agreed to work with us on that, and picture of the hiked up install price when we had that done yesterday. P.S. for your reply about the Honda. I dont have a Honda and neither does my s/o. That's my moms car and I told her I had nothing to do with that exchange, and that if you offered to tow because you, her, and the tow driver all agreed it was the battery you installed, that I didn't think she should have to pay for it. I also told her I didn't talk to you about that tow truck and that was between you both (which btw still should be and has no relevance to this review... but thanks for bringing an old lady into it). If you expect an old woman on disability to pay for something I strongly suggest you clear the price with her before you send a tow truck. FURTHER UPDATE 3 weeks later: As per my moms car, Firestone sold her a bad battery. We had it tested elsewhere and it's bad! Seems as if they were just trying to get out of paying for the tow and replacing their faulty product.
