After almost an hour wait disappoint at Dennys we googled nearest restaurant and came across Bandido. GREAT AMBIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is AMAZING especially the Tijuana Street Tacos. Definitely recommend it ! Come here for the rest of our stay ! Best authentic Mexican food in Louisville

I loved this place until today. Went to pick up my order the same as I always do, told them the name on the order and asked a question about the drink and the blonde lady behind the counter refused to even answer. Jumped straight to pretending I was being belligerent. They finished my order while the lady was shooing me away but she wouldn't hand it to me. They were calling out all the other orders as they were ready so I went back to the counter to ask for my order and the lady went off. Telling me they are busy and it'll be ready soon. I told her it's right behind you and she refused to stop telling me to go away. The nice man packaging the orders was doing his very best to work around her attitude. He handed me my order and I left. Lady was still going off when I walked out the door. Never coming back until I'm sure this crazy woman is gone. All she needed to do was listen to what I was saying but I guess since I wasn't yelling she couldn't hear me. She wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear me anyway.

The food was great. Fast service. Looking forward to eating there again. Would love to try some other items on the menu next time. The place is a little small. So, I would not encourage you to sit down and eat if your party is more than 6 people.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! I stumbled across this restaurant after a day of Louisville hair and nail fails. I was in a slump and this food got me back to where I needed to be! The salsa bar is AH-mazing! I got one of each salsa and tried them on different parts of my tacos, there wasn’t a sauce I did NOT like! I opted for the hard shredded beef taco, fried fish taco and carne asada taco. They were all seasoned and FULL of meat and toppings! Absolutely no complaints from me! For a snack I opted for the Cheetos elotes and OMG!!!!!! It was soooo good! Even though they are an hour away, I will definitely be back!
