Rented a U-Haul truck and found the service to be top notch and very friendly. Everything was explained well and it took only a short time to get on the road. No doubt if I need a truck again I will return here.

Most places make you pay more if you return to another location, but yes, typically this is okay.
I don't know if it varies, but last time I rented a pickup, it was $19.95 per day, plus $0.5-0.75 per mile.
