I was in the Bellflower office this morning at 11:45 a.m. I had the best attention given me by one of your employees. Emily or Elisha, something like that. She pulled me away from the regular line to show me a couple of things I will be using in the future. She is most helpful. I just hope you can determine who she is. Carriers are unable to properly deliver packages. This has happened 3 days in a row despite me having informed delivery and receiving text alerts. The information about delivery is consistently wrong. Carriers should be required to take a photo to show proof of delivery. My packages have my full address and he keeps leaving in/at mailbox that does not have boxes for parcel packages. BRING IT TO MY DOORSTEP. What’s the purpose of providing my apartment number? LAZINESS!!!!!!

I went into this post office today to mail my passport renewal. I was a little nervous hoping that I completed the application correctly. When I walked up to the counter, Lloyd was friendly and asked me if I would like him to look it over. He works in the passport area so he’s an expert! I was so happy and felt it was my lucky day. Thankfully I did it right and left feeling reassured that I will get my renewed passport without a hitch. Thank you Lloyd, you made my day!

Great services for a USPS location. It's not the best but worth the trip. Lots of postal locations get a bad rap and this is not exception. Give them a chance and they will pull through. I enjoyed this location, was passing by the area and needed to make a quick drop, was my first time here. Pleasure to walk in to and clean.

Yes, they have all you need to ship small to medium size items. Flat rate boxes are free or you can purchase boxes or other supplies at this office and the staff there are very helpful.

It all depends on the box size you get. So not really sure. But you honestly only need to purchase the smallest box. They leave a pickup notice in your box so any thing bigger can be picked up
Depends i recommend to call ahead and see if it didnt go out for delivery that way you can tell them to hold it for you for pick up
