Usually I have really good luck here. I have had a time or two with people associates that don’t normally work at this location not knowing inventory, part names, or just how to order anything. They had me drive all the way into Louisville for a part they swore was there for it not to be. At the Louisville location all that guy could do was talk bad about the other location. I just ended up leaving and found the part else where. If they have to order the part or say it’s at another location have them call and verify it.
