Update 6/26/2022 Stop delivering with any 3rd party. My food was cold and disgusting. Do not recommend delivery. I may not even go back to the restaurant. Not El Nopals fault, but the delivery ruined it for me. /update 6/26/2022 My favorite place to eat in Shepherdsville. Good food, cold beer, great and fast service. Their margaritas are on point! Update 2/16/22 - Their food and service is still great. It doesn't matter how busy they seem to be, the food comes pretty quick and the staff are so friendly.

Our family really enjoyed this place! The tour guide did a phenomenal job with our boys, ages 8 & 10. The guide kept the kids engaged and answered all their questions.

We placed our orders and the staff were very polite and fast. It was more than we could eat, so of course left overs it was. The place was so clean. Highly recommend.

PROS: Although busy our group of 6 was seated within 10 minutes. Our drinks were brought to table in a timely manner and refills were plentiful. Our group ordered from the children's menu, gigantica burrito, steak & chicken fajitas, enchilada Supreme, etc, along with a chicken nacho platter to share as an appetizer. Our waitress did an excellent job and checked back several times. The only small negatives that I observed were there were very few chips on the nacho platter (but plenty of shredded chicken) and we were charged an extra $2.50 because I asked for a bit more lettuce and pico for my fajita even though our table spent around $120.00.
