Went to KFC in Shepherdsville, Ky. I ordered, MADE TO ORDER chicken sandwich. By the time we got to the window to pay, the sandwiches were bagged up. That is not MAKE TO ORDER. These were NOT fresh AT ALL. THEY WERE COLD. of course this store is drive up only. I have been to different KFC's, it takes a bit to get my sandwich, fresh and hot. You can actually see the crust on them, in Shepherdsville, they looked like they were sitting there over night. You people want 15.00 an hour. I don't know the store number, otherwise this would be going straight to the source.

Officially done with this location. They didn't put the top on the mashed potatoes and it spilled all over the bag. The chicken was barely cooked. It's just garbage like everything else in this town. Employees don't care at all.

The food was ok but the pot pie was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. TASTE WISE GOOD BUT IT HAD HARDLY NO STUFFING. I LOOKED AS IF MABYE A HALF CUP WAS PLACED IN THE PAN WITH A LOT OF CRUST. I ordered the box and only got the potpie no cookie. I was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
