This location (Goose Creek/Westport Rd) has REALLY gone down hill. The past two online carryout orders we've placed (7/14/22 and 7/29/22) have gone "missing"...Place the order on the app, show up, Oh sorry we didn't receive your order...This time I even tried to call them -twice- before getting in the car to pickup the order. BOTH calls were magically disconnected before I was able to confirm the order. Wonder how many other orders they've screwed up that don't get reviewed? It'll be a cold day in you know where before I order from this location again. Hopefully "corporate" monitors these reviews.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I will NOT be returning. Ordered online. My food wasn’t ready when I got there (great, that means it’ll be fresh). However, someone was on their cell phone the WHOLE time I was waiting (which could’ve sped up the process). We ordered 15 wings with 2 flavors. They were supposed to be cooked well done and they WEREN’T. I called and they told me to bring the chicken back and they’ll fix it. But traffic is atrocious in that area so eff it. I just won’t go back. And if you’re reading this. Go to any location BUT this one. The one on hurstbourne is my go to 🤷🏽‍♀️

Always have great staff here as a personal customer and a food delivery driver picking up orders. But tonight specifically, Brittney was amazing. Tending to everyone’s needs at the same time. I forgot to add a drink to my order and she was gracious enough to give it to me. As I was making my drink, I was waiting on another customer to finish making theirs so I could grab a lid. She came from all the way behind the counter to give me a lid, because she realized I was waiting for one. My order was ready as soon as I arrived, fresh and piping hot. She made sure all my sauces, utensils, and napkins were included. If she’s not already a manager, she’s needs to be IMMEDIATELY. People who go above and beyond need to be rewarded as such. And Miss Brittney is one of those people!!!!!!

DOORDASH delivery pickup. WINGSTOP has improved on getting the orders out quickly and this one had a good staff on the job to do such. In and out less than five. It took me longer to make the drinks myself than anything else. Great job guys! 5 easily done stars
