First thing worth mentioning is Gary and Mabel (the owners) are incredible, which makes it hard to only give them a 3 star. The good: Beatiful and convenient location, 4th of July live band, dog park. The bad: Spotty WiFi, only 1 washer and dryer The ugly: The sites had overgrown weeds, the pool is closed and filled with stagnant water Great place overall, but they need a little help on upkeep with the property

We have greatly enjoyed our time at Taylorsville RV Park. The grounds are kept clean, grass kept mowed, roads are smooth, facilities are clean. But the best part about Taylorsville is Gary and Mabel. They are passionate about caring for their guests, and it shows in all they do. They want you to enjoy your time at the park whether you’re there for a weekend or a few months. If you are looking for an RV park in the area, look no further!

Boat storage... if you have one of the new units on right great. Very nice, gravel drive ok. I was told to go to back road and look for spot. View wasn't good mostly old very run down boats in mud up to axels. Definitely not where you would want a $75,000 boat. Great place with potential but needs gravel and parking spots updated at rear location

Highly recommend this park. It had been closed for many years and the new owners opened it back up in spring of 2017. Some things still need work (playground is old, minimal and muddy, only 1 set of washer/dryers, pools still closed etc) but everything they have gotten to to fix up looks great. The folks who run the place are really fantastic, which inspired the 5-star review. Upon arrival we asked for a picnic table and for a limb to be cut down so we could open our awning. Before I had even walked back to the camper the 2 men were there talking to my husband about the tree and within the hour the limb was cut and we had a picnic table. Spots are all pretty level and have a good amount of space between them. Very quiet and scenic, the kids loved running around and fishing. This park has a lot of room for improvement but they are well on their way! My only word of advice is the entrance/exit. There is a right turn up a hill marked as the “entrance” this will take you past the office. You can also continue straight to enter the park, this has no uphill but does have a bit of a sharp turn. Suggest taking a look at both options to see which would work better for your rig.
