I originally had high hopes for this company as they were responsive initially. Then the appointment was canceled due to illness which is understandable but he told me that he would contact me the next week to set up an appointment. I didn't hear back for two weeks. I called and left a message and I still have not had a response a week later so I'm looking elsewhere for the 3 parking lots I need paved.

I work at a nonprofit organization and we needed some stripes to be repainted around our parking lot. I explained our situation to the team at Empire and they sent me a detailed quote outlining the specifics of the project. Prior to the date, Scott came out to meet me and go through step by step what we wanted to have done and he was helpful making recommendations and describing how it would all look when finished. When the crew came out they worked quickly but very meticulously and paid close attention to detail. They were friendly and worked closely with one of our staff members to ensure the job was done correctly. It has been a huge improvement in our parking lot and for the steady stream of visitors we receive. Overall, my experience with Empire was a very positive one. The staff is friendly and helpful and takes time to ensure the project was completed in a timely, yet professional fashion. I would recommend Empire to any organization/company looking to beautify their parking/traffic areas.
