Professional and gentle. My first mammogram was definitely nerve wracking but the technician was very empathetic and gentle during the procedure and explained everything that would happen. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. Could not have asked for a better experience for this "not so fun" medical procedure.

This Experience was pleasant. The time frame was quick. My technician was Jessica.she made me.feel calm and reassuring that it would be ok to let her do what she needed to do accurately. So I totally recommend this facility. Wave imaging was very nice. Thank you.

Facility is clean. Staff is friendly when answering phone. Person doing imaging is very kind and professional. Reason for low stars is due to the refusal of allowing my underage daughter into the building. I was instructed she must wait outside unattended in a lobby. All seats were taken. I was then told she could wait on the sidewalk. I am not comfortable with that. I requested a chair for my daughter for the lobby as all seats were taken and was refused. A stranger began speaking to my daughter and made her feel very uncomfortable. She was then taken to the car, it was hit, I had no choice. I asked again for leniency and the manager refused. The process did not take too long, about 1/2 hour or so, however I was told I may need a second imaging done and if so they could not assist in allowing me to get priority just because my kid was unattended in the car. They refused. I have breast surgery coming up and have been waiting for this appt for sometime. I was unable to reschedule. I had no choice.
