Such a big company yet they have no offices to go in and pay your bill and when you go somewhere it's usually a grocery store and they're asking for your account information and you probably don't have your account information on you which is completely rude considering I'm a new client I don't have anything in the mail I didn't get anything emailed to me and every time I call they want to ask me a million questions when I'm trying to call to ask them about where I can go and pay my bill. All the big Edison companies like the one on 505 Maple Ave in Torrance that should be an open location to pay your bill states on the door we do not accept payments here well then why can't you just put a sign on the door that tells us where we have to go to pay it and not a grocery store actual personnel from Edison representative that I can speak to face to face in an office setting.

Sunday Nov 1 SERVICE WAS SHUT DOWN WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTIFICATION TO RESIDENCE ! ! California St 600 & 700 blocks El Segundo ! ! Only Notice We Received was Posted Signs on Poles 2 days advance No Parking ! ! ! We were OK with cars blocked because We would watch TV & Do Weekend Laundry ! Edison DOES NOT WORK ON SUNDAY soooo Why are WE INCONVIENCED ON SUNDAY ! ! @

Horrible company. It's too bad you don't have a choice when you live there. I turned off service 9 months ago, and they charged me a new bill and told me I owe them because it is under my name. I told them I turned off the service 9 months ago, and called them again a month ago because I noticed that the bill was still under my name not the current resident's name, but they said "WELL, WE DON'T HAVE THAT ON OUR SYSTEM SO YOU STILL OWE US." When I called them a month ago, they said they have a record my service being turned off on 9 months ago, but they just didn't change the name. But now they are just saying nothing is on their system and just decided to charge however they want.
