This was our first experience using Mavis for my husband’s car repairs. I can not rave enough about Curtis! He welcomed us with a smile and friendly personality! He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to both of us! He definitely has a fun personality and it felt like we were old friends, while still be professional! you can tell he loves his job! He made sure to give us the best price and even went above and beyond to be sure he found out the code for the Synchrony card to ensure we receive zero Interest for 6 months. Curtis is an asset to the Company!!! We will continue to bring our cars here because of the excellent service Curtis provided!! Thank you!!

Yesterday I scheduled with Mario to have my tires balanced when I came in this morning the manager Zeek looked confused when I told him I had a appointment this morning. When I was told by Zeek that I was going to need two arm control one of the guys smurked at the other NOW I really dont trust them! Customer service is terrible here I did not know (because I wasnt offered )that their was a room that I could watch TV while I waited so I helped myself to watch the news , their wasn't even coffee even though their was a coffee maker . I will never come here again!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received having my brakes checked and fixed. It always feels like a scary process. But I can say I will absolutely be back for tires and other services. I like how Mario took time to explain the process in such a kind manner. He walked me through and educated me in the process. I don't recall this ever happening for me. Thank you!

Strongly recommend bringing your vehicle to Mavis. Went to a couple different places including a dealership and Mavis stuck out from the rest. Mario over at Mavis was able to resolve my issue no problem. Appreciate these guys squeezing me in to get me back on the road. Definitely coming back in the future for any of my car care needs.
